Thank you for shopping with Sri Manikanta Book Center. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders placed through www.srimanikantabookcenter.in.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-demand periods (festivals, special releases, or bulk/institutional orders), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email or phone if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. If you require delivery outside India, please contact us at srimanikantabookcentre@gmail.com before placing your order so we can confirm feasibility and shipping charges.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reputable courier and postal services to deliver your orders. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

Rest of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana 2–5 business days
Rest of India 4–8 business days
Remote / rural areas May take longer, depending on courier serviceability

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and value. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotional offers will be clearly displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number (where available) and courier details so you can track your shipment.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at srimanikantabookcentre@gmail.com or call +91 9700545654 with your order number, and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at srimanikantabookcentre@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item/packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as per our Refund/Return Policy.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.

9. Undeliverable / Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the courier/post office, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
